Who we are

What we keep and why
- Account: e-mail, name, phone (to sign you in and let approved parties contact you).
- Verification: only the result and a reference. Identity documents stay with the verification provider.
- Ownership documents that landlords upload: seen only by our reviewers, deleted after the check. [TODO: retention period]
- Listings, viewing requests and lets: to run the service. Rented listings stay public with their last rent, without the landlord's name or street.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we keep the amount, date and reference.
Hosting and e-mail
The site, its database and files run on Cloudflare (data stored in the EU). Sign-in links and notifications are sent through Cloudflare Email Service, which processes your e-mail address and the message to deliver it.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It loads only when you start filling in a form and processes technical data about your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies, no analytics.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
